Since January 2022, Josca is the programme coordinator of Interaction Technology.

Previously, Josca was a PhD Candidate at the Department of Communication Science.

Her scientific interests focus on Human-Computer interaction in health care settings. She previously worked within the project Growing Roots, which was a CREATE HEALTH project funded by ZonMW. The project aimed to reduce loneliness amongst older adults by providing digital nature, i.e. a way to experience nature interaction without having to go outside.
