About Me
My research interest lies in the development of metal forming control systems. The availability of real-time measurements and strong IT infrastructure in modern factories opens the way for the development of advanced control systems which interpret small changes in the production process using data-driven or physics-based models and correct the process accordingly. Other areas of interest are robust optimization, inverse analysis, Bayesian estimation, model order reduction and machine learning.
