Luiza is a guest PhD candidate at University of Twente, and a PhD candidate in Transportation Engineering at University of São Paulo, Brazil, through a joint PhD program. Her research focuses on urban mobility, accessibility and equity analysis, resilient and sustainable transport. She holds a MSc in Transportation Engineering from University of Sao Paulo and a BSc degree in Civil Engineering from Federal University of Espirito Santo, Brazil. Her interests cover not only transportation system analysis, but also data science and analytics. During her Masters, she worked with GIS and programming in Python and R.
