I am a PhD candidate at the section Health Technology and Services Research (HTSR). My research focusses on incorporating capacity constraints in Health Technology Assessment (HTA), where I will do a value assessment of innovations in end-stage organ failure. I will explore the relationship between capacity constraints and technological innovations, and how to assess the added value for decision-making in health care.
In previous research, I focussed on the health economic impact of new innovations in the care for patients with juvenile idiopathic arthritis, with the aim to create a more personalized treatment plan, with a focus on data analysis and health economic modelling. This research was within the UCAN CAN-DU study.
