In my doctoral research I focus on organizational change and the dynamics of B2B buyer-seller relationships. In particular, I examine how internal organizational change processes influence perceptions, behaviors, and relationship outcomes between business partners.
Since 2019, I am working at ECE Marketplaces in Leasing Management, where I support major retail clients in their national expansion and the optimization of retail locations. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Hamburg School of Business Administration (HSBA) and Master of Science in Business Psychology and Leadership from SRH University in April 2025.
