ET-CEM-IPD

Hi there! My name is Lynn Vosman and I work as a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Engineering Technology of the University of Twente. Before I started at the UT, I finished the master Construction Management and Engineering and I started working at Witteveen+Bos as a procurement and tendering consultant, which I still do part-time.

My PhD research focusses on project-transcending inter-organizational collaboration in infrastructure. Five public clients in Dutch infrastructure are partner in this research: gemeente Amsterdam, gemeente Den Haag, Waterschapsbedrijf Limburg, Waterschap Drents-Overijsselse Delta, ProRail and Rijkswaterstaat.

By extending the relationship between public clients and private contractors into programmes rather than single-projects, actors involved should be able to develop long-term collaborative relationships with better conditions to develop innovative working practices that contribute to the required transformations. My research aims to create insights in how to transform collaborative relations in infrastructure.
