BMS-TPS-CSTM

Lilith is a PhD candidate with the Section of Governance and Technology for Sustainability (CSTM) at the University of Twente in the Netherlands. She holds an M.A. in International Relations and International Security from the University of Groningen, and a B.A. in Governance and Public Policy from the University of Passau in Germany.

Her PhD research focuses on the role of transnational municipal networks in urban climate governance, with a particular emphasis on how network discourses shape cities’ capacities to act and achieve their climate goals.

Before starting her PhD, Lilith worked as an advisor with the GIZ, supporting the German Federal Foreign Office in the design and implementation of dialogue formats in peace and security contexts.
