Dr. Ling Chang is currently associate professor in microwave remote sensing at the department of Earth Observation Science (EOS), Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC), University of Twente.

She received her master's degree in Geodesy and Survey Engineering from Tongji University, China, and the PhD degree from the Delft University of Technology (TUDelft), the Netherlands, in 2010 and 2015. From 2015 to 2018 she worked as a postdoctoral researcher on structural health monitoring of railway infrastructure using satellite radar interferometry (InSAR) at the department of Structural Engineering, TUDelft.

Her research interests include statistical hypothesis testing, time series modelling, and change detection, using satellite-borne remote sensing technology, particularly InSAR techniques.
