Luigi Di Bonito was born in Naples, Italy. He received a B.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering in 2021 and a M.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering in 2023 (cum laude), both from University of Naples "Federico II", Naples, Italy. After working two years as an RF engineer in industry, he joined the ICD Group of the University of Twente as a PhD scholar. His research focuses on adaptation of CMOS integrated circuit design techniques on Gallium Nitride.
