I am a Ph.D. student in the AMBER team, focusing on unraveling the mechanisms of cancer dissemination throughout the body using microfluidic and Lab-On-Chip technology. My research project aims to illuminate the journey of circulating tumor cells ( CTCs) as they navigate through vessels to reach new metastatic sites. Through the development of a highly mimetic chip model, I intend to contribute to a better understanding of the metastatic process and explore potential routes for preventing metastasis.
