As a Lecturer Academic Skills, the educational activities of Mirjam Verheggen focus on (academic) writing and presenting skills. She enjoys guiding students - of multiple programs - through their writing process, and showing, motivating and teaching them to enhance their presentation skill techniques. Besides that, she participates in developing the skills learning component of Communication Science.
