Martin Pit, MSc. works as a postdoctoral researcher affiliated with the CLIC-IT project, focused on Fostering interorganizational collaboration and sensemaking withing learning communities.
His research interest broadly focuses on inter-organizational collaborations, specifically on the governance of alliances and on how to manage complex dynamics in inter-organizational relationships, such as inter-partner conflict, disruptions, and multi-partner collaborations for grand challenges.
Before starting as a postdoc at University of Twente, Martin worked as a Junior Lecturer at the University of Groningen. He completed his PhD at the University of Groningen, focused on the governance of strategic alliances, which he will defend in November 2024.
He is currently involved in the European Academy of Management (EURAM) conference as Program co-chair for the Strategic Management Special Interest Group (SIG).
