Martijn Koot is anĀ Assistant Professor within the department Industrial Engineering & Business Information Systems at the University of Twente, Enschede. He holds both a BSc and MSc degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, and completed hisĀ Ph.D. in condition-based logistics at the University of Twente in 2024. His current research aims to make supply chains more resilient by using various Internet of Things solutions to quickly detect and resolve disruptions. Besides his research activities, Martijn also supports various BSc and MSc courses related to research methodology, data science and academic skills.
