I am an engineer with hands on and academic experience in both Mechanical Engineering and Material Science. My main interest is to design, develop and create new ideas and improve the ones currently in the field.

I work as a PhD researcher at DENS program of TATA Steel Europe. My research is on edge ductility of Advanced High Strength Steels (AHSS) in relation with localization and damage.

DENS program aims to bring through process modelling for steel new product development to a maturity level. The outcome of program dramatically shorten the time to market for new steel alloying concepts without compromising on steel production efficiency. In order to achieve this goal, 16 PhD students, 2 PDeng students and 1 PostDoc from TU Delft, TU/e, Twente University and Max-Plank Institute are working closely together at TATA steel.
