After finishing my master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, I started as a PhD student at the Twente University in 2024 with the Sint Maartenskliniek as main location. My research is part of the TopTreat project. Here, we extensively map the patient with osteoarthritis in order to ultimately develop precision treatment. The set-up of the cohort is one of my responsibilities, but the patient participation is also an important part of my research.
