About Me

Sattari has begun his doctoral studies since September 2019 at the University of Twente, working on modeling of microstructure for the development of tailored properties induced by laser-based Directed Energy Deposition (DED) of large scale metallic components, aiming at studying the effect of the heat source distribution. 

He received his second master's degree from the Ecole Nationale d'Ingenieurs de Brest, France, working on the fatigue behavior of Shape Memory Alloys. He also received his first master's degree from Isfahan University of Technology, Iran, working on the wear behavior in Shape Memory Alloys.
