M.T. Maat MSc (Matthew)

I have lived almost my whole life in Enschede, but recently I exchanged it for the quieter Hengelo. I did my bachelor and master at the UT in applied mathematics, and I was able to continue with the topic of my master’s thesis into my PhD. I am working on algorithms for solving parity games and mean payoff games, and on their connection with other algorithms, like the simplex algorithm. In my free time, I like to play board games, in particular chess. I am also active at the church in Hengelo.
