M. Tütenkan (Mert)

Mert is a PhD Candidate at the University of Twente working on the HeatCraft HP Project. His background in cognitive psychology and educational science provides a unique perspective for advancing educational studies. His research interests revolve around metacognition and self-regulation in higher education and workplaces. In the HeatCraft HP Project, the aim is to develop a workplace curriculum for heat pump installers by identifying target groups, mapping skill gaps, and designing tailored training programs using principles of educational design research (EDR).
