Mengyu Wang completed his master's degree in aeronautical engineering from Beihang University in January 2019. Before joining UT, he worked in the medical tech industry for over three years. As part of his recent project, he utilized the lattice Boltzmann method to calculate the flow inside coronary arteries. Starting from September 2023, his doctoral research will focus on the intricate interplay between geometrical complexity and mesoscopic computation in abdominal aortic aneurysm type II endoleaks.
