About Me
Hi there! I am a first-year PhD candidate in Philosophy of Technology at the BMS faculty. My background is in Media- and Filmstudies (Utrecht University) and in the Philosophy of Technology, Science and Society (University of Twente).
My PhD-project focusses on how data-driven sex robots can shed a different light on inter-human sexuality and intimacy, and how inter-human sexuality and intimacy might change due to the influence of sex robots. I make use of a psychoanalytic perspective, and more specifically of the work of Jacques Lacan.
My office is located in the Ravelijn building: RA-4278.
