In my current position, I am responsible for the initiative to (a) further develop, implement and monitor a policy for knowledge safety and export control; (b) to develop an internal compliance program at the UT according to the EU compliance guidance for research involving dual-use items (c) to facilitate more strategic decisions as with whom to collaborate, to acquire new research funding, develop research and impact propositions and (d) ensure that researchers are supported in engaging with foreign academic and industrial partners.
