My role at this university is Assistant Professor Business Information Systems at University of Twente, Enschede.

My area of expertise includes (but is not limited to) digital intelligence, big data, digital strategies, social media, smart cities, digital transformation, social change, non profit community innovation, big data, e-participation and political participation.
