Dr. Rajashri Priyadarshini is a postdoctoral researcher in the Departmental Section of Instructional Technology at the University of Twente. She earned her PhD in Educational Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay (2026), where her doctoral research examined how learners make meaning of abstract scientific phenomena through embodied intuition (conceptual metaphors and image schemas). With earlier training in Nanotechnology (B.Tech.) and Bioprocess Engineering (M.Tech.), she brings together expertise in science, engineering and the learning sciences. Her research explores meaning making as an implicit, embodied, and situated process, drawing on perspectives from the learning sciences, cognitive linguistics, narratives and educational technology to understand how people develop knowledge through interactions between the body, language, and lived experience.
