I am a person who is passionate about research, especially in the Organizational Behavior field. 

Organisations

Since completing my master's degree, I have been active as a researcher in Organizational Behavior. Some of my previous research has been published in Scopus-indexed Journals and reputable Indonesian journals. My research interests are as follows:

- Leadership 

- Individual Performance

- Team Performance

- Employee Agility

- Employee Attitudes and Behavior

 In my current Ph.D. project, I am studying multi-level analysis (team and individual) with a mix-method study design.

Research profiles

I hold a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Management from Universitas Jenderal Soedirman through a fast-track program via "Excellent Scholarship" from the Ministry of Education and Culture Indonesia.
