Rıdvan Aba received a B.Eng. and M.Sc. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Istanbul Technical University – Istanbul, Turkey, in 2018 and 2022, respectively. During his master’s studies, he worked on the design & realization of a reverberation chamber.
Before joining University of Twente, he worked as a research engineer at the EMI/EMC Test and Evaluation Laboratory of the Turkish National Research Institute of Electronics and Cryptology (TÜBİTAK BİLGEM) (2019-2022).

At ETERNITY project, Rıdvan is a part of the Power Electronics and Electromagnetic Compatibility Group (PE and EEMCS), of the University of Twente. He aims to conduct a research on EMI risk-based medical device design. His goal is to aid the development of a measurement procedure to be more EMI-aware by using an EMI risk-management plan.
