Roshan Mahes earned a Mathematics degree from the University of Amsterdam and a PhD from the Amsterdam Business School. His research focused on dynamic scheduling in healthcare and logistics, particularly on real-time updates to appointment schedules. In logistics, he developed a method for updating and narrowing delivery windows based on driver progress, which was implemented at PostNL.
