Seyedreza (Reza) Azizghalehsari received his B.Sc degree in electrical engineering in 2011 at Babol Noshirvani University of Technology (formerly known as Mazandaran University), Babol, Iran, and his master's degree in electrical engineering in 2015 with a focus on optimal sizing of the power sources in a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle at the Shahrood University of Technology, Shahrood, Iran.
After graduation, he worked as a Researcher at a High-Voltage Laboratory and as a University Lecturer at Technical and Vocational Universities. From May 2019, he worked as a teacher assistant and lab coordinator in the ICD group at the University of Twente, and then he worked as a battery testing lab technician in the PE group until his appointment as a PhD candidate at the University of Twente in September 2020.
His main research interests include Li-ion battery diagnostics and prognostics, echelon utilization, battery measurement, battery modeling, e-mobility solutions, and energy storage systems.
