I am a PhD candidate at the Health Technology and Services Research section at the University of Twente. I hold a BSc in Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy and an MSc in Biomedical Technology and Physics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. My academic journey combines health technology with biomedical research, reflecting my dedication to addressing complex societal health issues through innovative solutions.
In my current research, I am focused on improving care for patients with recurrent breast cancer, particularly locoregional recurrences. By integrating patient-centered insights with advanced data analysis, I explore clinical outcomes and the health economic impact of recurrent breast cancer. My goal is to ensure that patients receive the most effective care at the right time, thereby enhancing patient outcomes and contributing to more personalized and efficient breast cancer care.
