About Me
Simone Garzia is an Early Stage Researcher at BCL. He received the Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pisa in 2021 and he joined the BCL group in the same year. During his Master thesis, he developed a Convolutional Neural Network for the automatic semantic segmentation of the thoracic aorta from 4D Flow MRI images. His main research topic involves the development of deep learning pipeline for the analysis and segmentation of thoracic aorta from 4D Flow MRI images.
