I am Sandy, a PhD MSCA fellow at Earth Safe Dn – Unveiling Earth’s Critical Resources for Clean Energyand a Sustainable Future. I have a masters degree in Urban Management and Development in IHS- Erasmus University Rotterdam, Netherlands with a specialization in Urban Land Governance. I was a former assistant professor in University of the Philippines Los Banos where I taught foundation and core courses in human settlements/environmental planning and human ecology. I am also an environmental planner in the Philippines for almost 10 years where I have provided technical assistance to municipalities in formulating their local development plans and climate and disaster risk assessment studies.

In my free time, I like doing group sports classes like body pump, and yoga. I am also a beginner in touch rugby and running. I love to dance and sing too!
