PhD in Philosophy, Science and Values (2022, Extraordinary Doctoral Award, International Mention, University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU). MA in Logic and Philosophy of Science (2015, Extraordinary MA Award, University of Salamanca). MA in Teaching Compulsory Secondary and Pre-university Education (2014, University of Salamanca). BA in Philosophy (2013, University of Salamanca).
I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow of the Basque Government at the University of the Basque Country UPV/EHU. I am also an Associate Research Fellow of the Ethics of Socially Disruptive Technologies (ESDiT) programme and a Postdoctoral Guest Researcher at the University of Twente (in the Netherlands). My research is distinctly interdisciplinary, spanning fields such as political philosophy of technology, futures and anticipation studies, and science and technology studies (STS). It focuses on methodological and epistemic-political aspects of the interventive use of futures (e.g. foresight practices, socio-technical and techno-moral scenarios) to promote the anticipatory dimension of “Responsible (Research and) Innovation.”
