S. van der Veen BBA (Sabine)

As a full-time lecturer, I provide education and training in effective communication and professional behaviour to Technical Medicine students at the University of Twente during the bachelor's phase. This includes the development and preparation of education, delivering lectures, guiding workshops, coaching students, and assessing conversation assessments and reports. Our education is characterized by the integrated structure of various online and offline learning methods, small-scale learning with a focus on experiential learning, and simulation education at both the individual and group levels. In addition to teaching, I am the coordinator of the bachelor internships and responsible for supervising and evaluating the bachelor internships in the first and third years of the program. Furthermore, I serve as the chair of the Technical Medicine Education Committee and act as a facilitator in the bachelor examination committee.
