Dr. Stina Rydell BrÞgger works as a Postdoctural reseacher at University of Twente. Her research interests include organizational communication, the communicative constitution of organisations (CCO), diversity, equity and inclusion management, employee voice, and employee involvement. Her work is mainly ethnographic and qualitative in nature showcasing her interest working closely with practitioners by interacting with organizational members in their own environments. So far, her research has been published in Equality, diversity and inclusion an international journal as well as edited handbooks. She co-organiser the PhD Consortium for the e-HRM International Conference; Managing human resources in digitalized organizations and ecosystems in May 2022 which took place at Aarhus University, BSS. In 2024, she received the W. Charles Redding Dissertation Award (2024) at The International Communication Association (ICA) organizational communication division. 

Before starting as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Twente, Stina worked as a research assistant at Aarhus University where she coordinated and carried out teaching and supervision of Bachelor and Master students while also acting as the faculty advisor for the International Case Team at Aarhus BSS at the John Molson Undergraduate Case Competition in MontrĂ©al. She defended her PhD titled 'I fear, we are creating an organisation for the people that speak loudest' – a communicative study of the inclusion of introverted employees at Aarhus University in December 2023. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International Business Communication (English and Media) from University of Southern Denmark. The Academic Council at the Faculty of Humanities at University of Southern Denmark awarded Stina with an Honour Degree for achieving a high, academic level in comparison to students enrolled in the same degree programme.
