I am currently a Researcher in the Semantics, Cybersecurity and Services (SCS) group of the University of Twente, and Ph.D. candidate at Politecnico di Milano (exp. defense date on 03/2026).
My research interests lie in the intersection between Artificial Intelligence and systems security, such as the study of the security of AI applications, and AI-based methodologies for automating contemporary security processes. In my research, I explore adversarial machine learning (contexts where adversaries try to deceive AI systems) and the development of dedicated forensic methodologies to trace back and fingerprint such attacks. I also study the automation of Cyber Threat Intelligence processes with AI methodologies.
I like Capture the Flag (CTF) competitions (particularly, rev/web/AI challenges). I occasionally played with Tower of Hanoi (Politecnico di Milano’s team) and once had the chance to participate in DEFCON Finals with mhackeroni.
