I am Tafadzwa Karuma. I am a PhD researcher in the section Public Administration in consortium with the Health Technology and Services Research section within the faculty of Behavioral Management and Social Sciences.

I have a background in Global Health. I am interested in healthcare system strengthening through evidence-based interventions that promote health, well-being, and sustainability.

I will be conducting research that aims to analyze the transition in public service delivery. I will delve into virtual care as a case for reviewing the current knowledge gaps in implementation of virtual care, the implications on professionals and the impact of virtual care. The research will be guided by an interdisciplinary approach and it is expected to significantly impact virtual care bureaucracy and improve regional healthcare delivery.
