As an Exchange Coordinator, I facilitate international academic opportunities for students and foster strong relationships with partner universities worldwide.
For Outgoing Students:
I guide UT-ET students through the entire process of studying abroad. This includes:
-Organizing informative sessions and events to help students understand their options.
-Managing the selection and nomination process for exchange programs.
-Supporting students as they navigate the application process to their chosen university.
For Incoming Students:
I support students from our partner universities in joining the UT for an exchange semester within the Faculty of Engineering Technology. My role involves:
-Delivering comprehensive information sessions to help incoming students acclimate to the program and life at UT.
-Assisting with practical and administrative processes to ensure a smooth transition.
Collaboration with Partner Universities:
I actively connect with partner institutions around the globe to enable exchanges. This involves reaching out to partners, building strong relationships/partnerships, to create opportunities for students on both sides.
