I am an assistant professor in the Department of Thermal and Fluid Engineering (Thermal Engineering group) at the University of Twente.

From 2019 to 2022, I served as a Postdoctoral Fellow under the prestigious Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions Fellowship /H.C. Ørsted COFUND at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), within the research group led by Professor Brian Elmegaard. My research primarily focused on the application of heat pumps and zeotropic refrigerants in district heating systems. Additionally, I was responsible for the design and development of a multifunctional heat pump testing system for the DTU Thermal Energy Section (TES) Laboratory.

I completed my Ph.D. research on the thermal behavior novel solar thermal collectors based on micro heat pipe arrays (MHPA). During my doctoral studies, I also contributed to projects on high-efficiency phase change thermal storage and the development of solar heating combined thermal storage system.
