Varun Vanakalapu recieved his M.Sc degree in Nanoscience from the University of Kassel, Germany. He is currenty pursuing his Ph.D. at University of twente in XUV optics group under the supervision of Robbert van de Kruijs. His work focuses on thin film growth optimization and hybrid X-ray metrology.
