Wenhui Shen is a Doctoral Candidate in the Product-Market Relations (PMR) team of the Faculty of Engineering Technology (ET) at the University of Twente. She hold a Masterās degree in Marketing from EM Strasbourg Business School in France and a Bachelorās degree in Business English from Hangzhou City University in China. Her research primarily focuses on consumer behavior, with a particular interest in how digital media influenceĀ decision-making.
Through her work, she aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of the mechanisms that drive trust and long-term relationships between consumers and digital products, which may provide both theoretical insights and practical implications for businesses in the fields of marketing and media.
