As a PhD researcher, I investigate servitization from an ecosystem perspective. Servitization refers to the transformation process where manufacturing firms move from product-oriented offerings to solutions or product-service systems. Since servitization is not a "one-man show", it is essential for managers to know how they can approach their business ecosystem in the servitization process. Hence, my research focuses on how managers can perceive and align their business ecosystem to benefit the servitization process. This research initiative is a cooperation between University of Twente and Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Venlo.
