Dr. Xutong Liu is a postdoctoral researcher in the Financial Engineering and Business Information Systems (FEBIS) section at the University of Twente and a researcher seconded to ING Analytics.
Her current research focuses on the evaluation and reliability of Large Language Models in industrial settings. She is particularly interested in developing methods and benchmarks to assess the performance, robustness, and trustworthiness of AI systems for real-world applications.
Before joining the University of Twente, Xutong was a postdoctoral researcher at the Software Engineering Research Group, Delft University of Technology, where she worked on software testing and sustainable software engineering. She received her Ph.D. in Computer Science from Nanjing University under the supervision of Prof. Yuming Zhou. Her research background lies in software quality assurance, software testing, defect prediction, and empirical software engineering.
