I'm a PhD Candidate at the Robotics and Mechatronics (RaM) group.

I'm originally from Cairo, Egypt; where I obtained my BSc degree in Mechatronics Engineering in 2014 from the German University in Cairo (GUC). A couple of years later I moved to Italy to obtain my MSc in Control Engineering in 2019 from Sapienza University of Rome (Sapienza Università di Roma). During my master studies I joined LAAS-CNRS in Toulouse (6 Months) for my master internship and thesis working under the supervision Prof. Antonio Franchi and Dr. Marco Tognon.

My Research interests include: Aerial Robotics; Multirotor aerial vehicles (MRAV, UAVs); Modelling and control of robotic systems.
