Yutong An is a Doctoral Candidate in the Human-Centered Design team at the University of Twente. Her research focuses on stage-based design approaches for developing meaningful technologies that support individuals with evolving health conditions and needs.
She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Product Design with a Medisign specialization from TU Delft, and a Bachelor’s degree in Product Design from Jiangnan University in China.
Yutong is passionate about improving patient experiences through innovative and human-centered methods. She values the opportunity to engage diverse stakeholders within the healthcare system through participatory design, and is committed to exploring ways to make a meaningful contribution to healthcare through design research.
